A few months
before selling my house, I visited open houses in my neighborhood. I wanted to
see, first hand, how the selling agents operate. I met many qualified agents.
At the end, I decided to sell my house through Terry. She knows her market, has
very specific conditions on how to prepare the home, how to market how to
price it, and how to qualify potential buyers. Specially, I like her
negotiation skills. Her reports and
follow-ups were timely as well.

did I mention that she helps you buy LOW and sell HIGH. That is the

We have had the
pleasure of working with Terry on selling our home and buying a new one. In
fact, we did it not only once but twice with her.
Terry is a professional in every aspect that you would expect from a realtor. However, more importantly, she is very personable and can provide guidance where you really need her expertise.
Selling your home or buying one is a stressful experience no matter what. However, we have done both with Terry twice. We thought we were really lucky when we did it the first time in 2004. However, now we know that it took more than sheer luck to do it again in 2012. She was always available, reachable and resourceful.
I hope we don't need to do it again. But if we do, we will certainly work with Terry!

Amazing. Only
word that can describe her, she truly is amazing. She is very professional and
always on top of things. Not only has she helped us buy our first home but she
has also sold our home, and bought our second home. Her negotiation skills are
excellent, she works for her clients very hard and does just about anything to
make them happy. We bought our first house below asking price and ended up
selling it a few years later for much more than asking price! Not only that,
our second home was also purchased below asking price and all of this would not
be possible without her. This lady is like a rock. She gets what she wants!

We are doing
with Terry business for more than 10 years. Several times we used her
expertise. We recommend her to many of our friends also they were thanking me
for my recommendation. She works with passion and she knows how to
accomplish the goals. In this matter she was helping us always seeing through
the process from beginning to the end and her advice helped us on any other
issues. I didn't meet anyone who is so excellent negotiating for your
interest. We greatly appreciate her help so far. If you want to find somebody,
when don't look any further, she will be there working for you with head and
heart.

Terry is an
absolute professional! She is outstanding at what she does and is on top of
things. Terry is an excellent negotiator and has helped us tremendously. Terry
was crucial in helping us buy our first place, she handled everything all I had
to do is give her whatever information she needed. After 2 years we decided to
sell our place and buy another house, again Terry was instrumental in the
process. Terry was able to sell our
house promptly (above asking price I might add) and secured our next purchase.
She negotiated very tough on our behalf and we are extremely satisfied with the
work and effort Terry has put forth not to just get us a house but also she
always has our best interests in mind. Terry
is extremely knowledgeable and she always kept me up-to-date with the ongoing
negotiations, explaining everything that was going on, as well as outlining the
process ahead so I would know what to expect.
The best comment I can give Terry is when we sold our house the first
buyer fell through due to some issues that they had (no fault to seller) and
the entire time that we had to deal with the buyers agent, who was completely
disorganized and not very knowledgeable, I felt lucky and happy to have Terry
on my side. Terry is one of the best
around and you will surely be satisfied after dealing with her.

If you are
looking for an outstanding Real Estate Agent, Terry is an excellent choice!
Terry was very instrumental in the negotiations and home purchase
process. I will use her again in the future and highly recommend her for

First to Review
If we had not
met Terry, my husband and I would not have found our dream home. After 2 years
of working with other realtors and lots of broken promises and heartache, we
had given up. A friend of ours gave us Terry's card and told us how fantastic
she was. Hesitant, we gave her a call and she requested to meet with us right
away to get the ball rolling. A dream come true! we found our home in less than
a month. We had problems closing our loan with the bank due to poor staffing
and other excuses they were giving us. Terry stood by us 100% from emails, to conference
calls and personal visits with the bank managers Terry was on top of
everything. Her business sense, professionalism and her set skills of the trade
was what my husband and I loved about her. She was always honest with us and
did whatever it took to ensure we were happy with our home and what we were

I had the pleasure to work with
Terry Jarrouche, while trying to purchase a home. As all perspective home
buyers, I wanted more than I could afford. After looking at home in my price
range & above, I felt a long way from my goal. Terry told me she would do
whatever she could to get me in the home I wanted & in my price range. She
also got me started with the loan agent, I ended up with as well. as we were
looking at homes, she would always run comps on similar homes, that sold in the
area. What I did not realize is, the market was on the move up. This was my
last opportunity to buy a home, before I would be squeezed out of the market.
As we were in the the month of May 2012.Many times I wanted to over bid, she
would tell me "no, if it is meant for you, it will be for you". To my
amazement, we finally closed on a home in October 2010. It was the home I
wanted, with a pool & in the area I wanted to live in. She helped us stay
the course on the home, due to it being a short sale. We ended up paying less
than what the market was at close. Today my family is forever great-full to the
time Terry spent with us. Putting with my over the top demands. Demands, I
could not afford. Today I not only have the home my family wanted, but also the
